Legs?

Barbell Squat (50% of 1RM) / 8 x 4 (4 sets of 8 reps)

Pistol (one legged squat) / 5 l/r x 4 (do 5 reps with each leg, alternating each rep)

Finish with MAX Hindu Squats in 6 minutes
