"The PVC" - from Dan John

Dan John inspired this workout for me. It's brutal...good luck;)
With a 1.5 - 2 inch PVC pipe:

15 Overhead Squats
200 meter sprint
X 5 as fast as you can

Bring your puke buckets if you plan on really pushing this...that PVC gets heavy.
